Getting back into training in prep for the National Championship in August, Donny Shankle spent some time lifting in Dublin, Ireland.
In this week's vlog, Shankle focuses on one of his favorite training programs, combination work. He explains that combinations are a series of exercies done in succession, with the first movement having a focus on what you have difficulty on, and the second following through with the correction and making the lift. Combination work breaks up the monotony of training, and allows you to focus on perfecting weaknesses.
