In case you missed it, Maddy Myers dropped out from the 2015 CrossFit Games after the Murph event and spent over a week in the hospital being treated for heat exhaustion and renal failure. Well, we're happy to say that she's back, healthy, and training:



Snatches, legless rope climbs, and handstand push ups. It's like she's really fit and getting back into training seriously or something. 



Cole Sager is a badass. He placed 7th at this year's CrossFit Games and is clearly one of the fittest dudes on the planet. And yet...I wouldn't really trust him with body work on my ride if I needed to. I definitely admire his confidence and his willingness to attack that bumper like it's a max effort clean & jerk.
