ICYMI: Big Cleans Edition
There's just too much going on on the interwebs these days and I don't blame you if you miss some cool stuff. Lucky for you, I've got your back. Here are some of the most badass cleans you missed in the past few days:

Scott Panchik cleans 385

The clean is cool and all, but his celebration is the best. Epic fist pump action.

Julian Alcarez cleans 370

Julian Alcarez trains with a badass group of girls including 2010 Games Champ Kris Clever and perennial Games competitor Becca Voigt. The dude has been looking strong and fit going into this season and having experienced training partners like that will definitely help him tighten up his game going into this season.

Kendrick Farrris cleans 418 a bunch of times

US Olympian Kendrick Farris went light and quick with some easy cleans at 418lb. He's not really one to post about his training very often, but even he can't help getting caught up in the pre-Olympic hype.

Aleksey Torokhtiy cleans 374 a lot

Torokhtiy is a boss. The most recent men's 105kg Olympic Champ has been really ramping up his social media presence and offering really great free programming. Plus it's not often you see someone actually post video of them missing.

Bonus: Brooke Ence snatches 203 no problemo

As a little bonus, check out this super smooth 203lb snatch from Brooke Ence. Word on the street is she's poised for a breakout performance at the Games this year and she's been doing some really impressive things behind closed doors this off-season.

Check out what Scott Panchik had to say about training, competing, and this upcoming 2016 Games season when I caught up with him at Wodapalooza:
