News broke yesterday that MuscleDriver USA will be closing their doors at the end of the week which will definitely have an effect on the team as they prep for Pan Ams and Olympic Trials this year, but the question is what will the exact fallout be?

There are a lot of possibilities: other gyms and coaches can open their doors, the athletes could train an compete solo, Pendlay and his team of coaches could stick together and find a new space, or any of a number of possibilities. One thing is certain though and that's the fact that this sort of distraction is the last thing an athlete wants in a year like this. Stability and consistency, not uncertainty and irregularity, are conditions under which athletes thrive.
