The 3 Greatest Women's CrossFit Regional Performances of All Time
We took a look at the best men's performances last week, and with the 2016 CrossFit Games Regionals just a few weeks away, it's time to look at the greatest women's performances of all time.

1. Julie Foucher doesn't need two Achilles tendons

Julie Foucher tore her Achilles tendon on the box jump-overs during Event 3 in 2015 and continued to compete the rest of the weekend, which included an 11th-place finish in the handstand walk and an eighth-place finish on Event 6:

5 rounds for time:

25 calorie row
16 chest-to-bar pull-ups
9 strict-deficit handstand push-ups

2. Chyna Cho's Tommy V domination

(action starts at the 7:47 mark)

Chyna's performances here were masterful. She finished her set of 15 thrusters before any of the other women even started theirs, and she kept that dominance up through the rest of the workout.

"Tommy V"

For time:

21 thrusters (115/75)
12 rope climbs
15 thrusters
9 rope climbs
12 thrusters
6 rope climbs

Chyna finished in 7:56.

3. Sam Briggs flexes her engine in 2013's Event 4

You know how Sam Briggs is known as "The Engine"? There's a reason for that, and this is the perfect example. Only 10 women finished 2013's Chipper:

For time:

100 wall ball (20/14)
100 chest-to-bar pull-ups
100 pistols
100 dumbbell snatches (70/50)

Briggs finished in 22:46. Caroline Fryklund tried to keep up with her on this workout and ended up finishing second overall in the European Regional, but she wasn't even close to finishing when Sam absolutely destroyed the event.
