What's your excuse for not going to the gym today? Oh, you're too tired? Sore? Not in the mood?

Well, you might want to shoot over to Emily Breeze's Instagram account.

Breeze, a Crossfit competitor, is still training hard every day while pregnant (http://www.businessinsider.com/crossfit-competitor-lifts-over-100-lbs-at-9-months-pregnant-2016-4). She's now nine months into her pregnancy and still lifting more than 100 pounds over her head.

Breeze, 31, was doing overhead squats last week when her baby boy was due in just seven days. The personal trainer from Charlotte also plans on hosting a bootcamp-style class a week after giving birth.

What can keep Breeze out of the gym? Not sure that thing exists. Her son is likely to come out of the womb with biceps and traps.

Before you freak out, Breeze says doctors have been completely fine with her continuing her CrossFit training while pregnant. Her baby is perfectly healthy and what she has been doing is safe and keeps her energy up. Breeze, however, would not recommend this to women who have never done CrossFit before pregnancy.

So, yeah, maybe don't try this at home if you're a newcomer. But if you're looking for some fitness motivation, shoot over to Breeze's social media accounts.
