ICYMI: Big Lifts From The Weekend
There are too many strong people, competitions, and big lifts on the interwebs for you to catch up on all of them. Lucky for you, I've got you covered. Here are the best big lifts from this past weekend:

Ruslan Nuridinov nearly beat Ilya at the 2014 World Championships and is making a run at the Champ in Rio this August. This past weekend Nuridinov competed at the Asian Championships as heavy 105/light 105+ and finished 6/6 with a 191kg/421lb snatch and a 235kg/518lb clean & jerk.

2007 Olympic Gold Medalist Dmitry Berestov strict presses 160kg/352lb

For a guy whose competitive career ended almost 8 years ago, that's pretty strong.

We all know Sam Dancer is strong, but this year he looks like a totally different beast. He's lean, strong, and seems ready to make a run at the Games.
