*consider static variations: no stumble handstand holds, hanging hip taps, etc.

B. Conditioning

  • Thursters (75/55)
  • L-hang
  • Double unders
  • Plank hold
*8 rounds of 20 sec. thrusters, 10 sec. rest, 20 sec. L-hang, 10 sec. rest, 20 sec. double unders, 10 sec. rest, 20 sec. plank hold, 10 sec. rest
