A. Power

Every 40 seconds for 24 rounds:
  • 1 clean
*use the first 8 rounds to find something challenging, then use the same weight across the remaining rounds

B. Conditioning

4 rounds for time:
  • 10 deadlifts (100% of your clean from Part A)
  • 10 box jumps (30/24)
*rest 60 seconds between rounds
