Next week is the IWF Junior World Championships taking place in Tblisi, Georgia and Team USA is going to be well represented with several American Record holders and international medalists. Here’s the women’s team:

Megan Seegert (48kg)

Seegert currently holds the Junior American Records in her weight class in the snatch and the total.

Erin Amos (58kg)

Amos is currently ranked 10th in the nation after posting a 169kg total at Junior Pan Ams.

Jourdan Delacruz (53kg)

Delacruz holds the snatch and total Junior American Records and earned a silver medal at the 2016 Junior Pan Ams.

Sydney Goad (53kg)

This will be Goad’s second Junior World Championships. She competed at the 2015 Junior Worlds as a 48, placing 15th.

Cheyenne Schenk (63kg)

Schenk is currently placed 9th in the nation with a 179kg total at the 2015 USAW National Championships.

Jessie Bradley (75kg)

Bradley is the gold medalist from the 2016 Junior Pan Ams, holds the Junior American Record in the snatch and also competed at the Olympic Trials.

Deirdre Lenzsch (75kg)

Lenzsch is ranked 6th in the nation with a 210kg total at Junior Nationals.

Martin is the top ranked +75 Junior in the nation.

Celia Gold (63kg)

Gold is ranked 12th overall in the nation, just a few kilos behind Schenk.
