Rich Froning and Chyna Cho Get Their Swole On
Heading out to Cookeville to train with Rich Froning is common among Games athletes who are looking to take their training to the next level leading into the Games. From Ben Smith to Josh Bridges, many top level Games athletes make the trek to rural Tennessee to see what the Champ's got going on.

Now we can add Chyna Cho to that list. She's spent some time out in the southern sun with Rich and apparently one of the most important things on the docket is getting swole:



The workout was 4 rounds for time:
12 db bench (75/50)
12 strict chin ups (AKA supinated grip pull ups)
rest 5 minutes, then repeat.

Looked like Rich finished around 6:36 and Cho finished around 7:15.
