A. Power

Every 90 seconds for 10 rounds:
  • 1 snatch deadlift +
  • 2 hanging high pulls +
  • 1 paused hand snatch
*High pulls and pauses are just above the knee, pause is 2 count
*Add weight every 2 rounds

B. Conditioning

45 seconds on, 15 seconds off for 12 rounds:
  • Odd rounds- toes-to-bar
  • Even rounds- burpees
*Score is total reps completed
