A. Strength

Every 3 minutes for 5 rounds:
  • Deadlifts
*Round 1 is reps, round 2 is 4 reps, etc. until the last round is 1 rep
*Start with a heavy 5, end with a heavier single

  • 20 one-handed kettlebell swings (53/35, USSR)
  • Max reps handstand push ups
