A. Strength

Every 3 minutes for 5 rounds:
  • 5 bench press
*Use the same heavy weight across each set

B. Conditioning

6 rounds of:
  • Minute 1- 20 kettlebell swings (53/35, USA)
  • Minute 2- 45 seconds side plank
  • Minute 4- 4 turkish get ups (2 on each side)
*18 minutes total
