A. Skill

Take 3 attempts to find a max set of pull ups.

*If your first set feels legit, rest up and try a different variation (such as strict, pronated grip, chest-to-bar, etc.)

B. Conditioning

Every 3 minutes for 8 rounds:
  • 10 handstand push ups
  • 10 overhead squats
  • 10 overhead dumbbell sit ups (20/10)
