3x3 Suitcase deadlift

*3 sets of 3 suitcase deadlifts on each side

B. Conditioning

EMOM 16 minutes:
  • Odd- Turkish get ups (alternate sides each round)
  • Even- Static hold (rotate between side plank left/right, hollow and superman)
