Sometimes you just don't have the time for a 40-minute chipper. Here are 10 workouts that can be completed in 10 minutes or less.

There's a time and place for a 40-minute chipper, but sometimes ain't nobody got time for that! Below are 10 workouts designed to be completed in 10 minutes or less. 

As always, scale and make adjustments for yourself accordingly.

1. AMRAP 10 minutes:
  • ​8 squat cleans (135/95)
  • 12 push ups

2. 5-4-3-2-1:
  • ​Hang squat clean thrusters (135/95)
  • 2x burpees

3. AMRAP 10 minutes:
  • ​2 wall balls (20/14)
  • 2 box jumps (24/20)
  • 4 wall balls (20/14)
  • 4 box jumps (24/20)
  • 6 wall balls (20/14)
  • 6 box jumps (24/20)
  • Etc...

4. AMRAPs on AMRAPs
  • ​AMRAP 3 minutes:
    • ​20 barbell lateral hops
    • 5 front squats (115/85)
  • 30 sec. rest
  • AMRAP 3 minutes:
    • 20 barbell lateral hops
    • 3 front squats (155/105)
  • 30 sec. rest
  • AMRAP 3 minutes:
    • 20 barbell lateral hops
    • 1 front squat (185/135)

5. 2 rounds for time:
  • AMRAP 5 minutes:
    • ​​400m run
    • Max effort wall balls (20/14)

6. AMRAP 10 minutes:​​
  • ​8 power snatches (135/95)
  • ​8 toes-to-bar

7. Tabata:
  • Jumping lunges
  • Pull ups
*2 rounds of 20 sec. jumping lunges, 10 sec. rest, 20 sec. pull ups, 10 sec. rest, 20 sec. jumping lunges, 10 sec. rest, 20 sec. pull ups, 10 sec. rest

8. 4 rounds for time:
  • ​10 deadlifts (heavy clean weight)
  • 10 box jumps (30/24)

9. AMRAP 10 minutes:
  • ​20 double unders
  • 7 handstand push ups
  • 7 chest-to-bar pull ups

10. 3 rounds:
  • ​1 minute plank hold
  • 1 minutes max effort sit ups
