3 rounds for time:
  • ​20 dumbbell sumo deadlift high pull (50/30)
  • 20 dumbbell thrusters (10 left + 10 right)
...at the 25 minute mark...

EMOM 10 minutes:
  • ​Odd- 20 kettlebell swings (70/53, USSR)
  • Even- 10 weighted dumbbell sit ups
...at the 40 minute mark...

For time:
  • ​21-15-9:
    • Wall balls (20/14)
    • Push ups
