Savage Saturday III

EMOM 10 minutes:
  • ​Odd- 10 power ball (20/14)
  • Even- 30 second one leg/one hand plank
*Power ball is like wall ball without the squat

...at the 15 minute mark...

In teams of 2, for time:
  • ​40-30-20-10:
    • Dumbbell hang squat cleans (two dumbbells)
    • Kettlebell burpee deadlift (one kettlebell)
*Split it up however you want, 15 minute cap

...at the 35 minute mark...

In teams of two, for time:
  • ​20-15-10-5:
    • Wall walks
    • Medball burpee toss (20/14)
*Medball burpee toss is a burpee, but instead of jumping, grab the medball and throw it at a wall
*Split this up however your team wants
