ITA Men’s and Women’s Regionals — Oct. 20-24
The ITA hosts some of the best Division I NCAA teams in the nation in three separate regional tournaments. On the women’s side, the Southeast and Northwest regional champions will be crowned, hosted by Florida and Stanford, respectively. Then, Ohio State houses the Men’s Midwest Regional tournament. Top teams in action include the women’s squads at Miami and Cal, as well as Illinois and Northwestern for the men’s. Mt. SAC Cross Country Invitational — Oct. 21-22, Walnut, CA
It’s one of the biggest high school meets in the country and FloTrack will stream two full days of the Mt. SAC XC Invitational. No matter the size of the school, teams from all over California and other western states will compete in four divisions. The action starts at 10 a.m. on Friday Oct. 21. WATCH LIVE

TCS Super Stars Championship — Oct. 21-23, Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Triple Crown Sports brings some of the top club softball teams from around the country to Florida for its Super Stars Tournament. Elite squads in 18U, 16U, 14U and 12U divisions will compete for their respective championships. Tournament play will begin 10 a.m. CDT Friday. WATCH LIVE
Florida vs Florida State Fall Game — Oct. 22, Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Capping off the TCS Tournament, in-state rivals Florida and Florida State will throw down in a fall exhibition game. The Seminoles, who were ACC tournament champions a season ago, will take on a Gator team that qualified for the NCAA regionals in 2016. First pitch is scheduled for 5 p.m. CDT. WATCH LIVE

BOA Super Regional — Oct. 21-22, St. Louis, MO
Fans and marching bands from all over the Midwest will pack The Dome at America’s center for one of Bands of America’s biggest events of the year. More than 70 schools will send their bands to this regional, and FloMarching will live stream all of their performances. WATCH LIVE
BOA Regional — Oct. 22, San Jose, CA
The best marching bands from Northern California will gather in San Jose for this Bands of America regional competition. Watch as the top high school bands in the area put on the best performances of their young careers. WATCH LIVE

Copa Podio Heavyweight — Oct. 22, Sao Paulo, Brazil
Copa Podio is putting on its biggest one-night tournament in its history. Jiu-jitsu stars like Leandro Lo, Erberth Santos, Alexander Trans and eight other elite heavyweights will vie to become the grand prix champion. The card also includes three special bouts between nordic and Australian grapplers. WATCH LIVE
Fight to Win Pro 16 — Oct. 22, Las Vegas, NV
Vinny Magalhaes takes on Luiz Panza in the NoGi main event of F2W’s most stacked card of the year. In the co-main, it’s fan favorites Bill “The Grill” Cooper vs Rafael Domingues in a NoGi 160 pounds match. The 29-match event also includes Talita Alencar vs Maxine Thylin and MMA veterans Gabriel Checco against Rodrigo Gutierrez. The action starts at 6 p.m. CDT. WATCH LIVE
Abu Dhabi Grand Slam Tokyo — Oct. 23, Tokyo, Japan
The UAEJJF Grand Slam world tour continues as the tournament travels to Japan. The grappling world’s best competitors will compete, including legends like Xande Ribeiro, Jose Junior and Mackenzie Dern. The winners of each bracket will secure a spot in the Abu Dhabi World Pro next spring. WATCH LIVE

As one of the best amateur promotions in the Midwest, WNFS returns to its home city of Sandusky, Ohio. WNFS 42: OktoberFist pits undefeated heavyweights Zach Seislove and Robby Wilkins. WNFS always brings a high finish rate and the fights are set to begin at 6 p.m. CDT. WATCH LIVE
