A. Strength

6 rounds for quality:
  • 5 glute ham raises
  • 5 strict chest-to-bar pull ups

B. Conditioning

5 rounds of 3 minutes on 1/minute rest:
  • 150 double unders
  • 100 wall balls (20/14)
  • 50 toes-to-bar
*Get as far as you can in 3 minute segments, pick up where you stopped after each rest
*Score each three minute segment separately
*When you finish, your score is total time
