AMRAP 4 minutes:
  • ​400m run
  • Max box jumps (24/20)
Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP 6 minutes:
  • ​600m run
  • Max push press (75/55)
Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP 8 minutes:
  • ​800m run
  • Max toes-to-bar
Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP 10 minutes:
  • ​1000m run
  • Max overhead squats (75/55)
Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP 12 minutes:
  • ​1200m run 
  • Max wall balls (20/14)

*The runs are all "buy-ins", so when you get in use the remaining time to get as many reps as possible
