Pulling Endurance

EMOM 10:
  • ​3 pull ups
  • 2 chest to bar pull ups
  • 1 bar muscle up

*if this is easy, add a set of 4 toes to bar to the beginning

Conditioning

Every 2 minutes for 10 rounds:
5 power cleans (75/55)
10 push press
15 back squats
