Snatch Endurance

Every 20 seconds for 27 rounds:
  • ​1 squat snatch

*rest 1 minute after every 9 rounds
*add weight after every 9 rounds

Conditioning

4 rounds of:
AMRAP 3 minutes -
  • ​10 burpee box jumps (30/24)
  • 10 chest to bar pull ups

*rest 1 minute between rounds
