Strength

EMOM 8:
1 very heavy sandbag load up to a 48"/40" platform

*if you don't have a sandbag or an atlas stone, get one. In the meantime, used paused front squats here.

Conditioning

5 rounds for time:
15 hang power snatch (95/65)
12 handstand push ups
9 bar facing burpees

*rest 2 minutes after each round. sprint through.
