Positioning Accessory Work

EMOM 8:
  • ​odd - max reps Sotts press (use either an empty barbell or a pair of light kettlebells)
  • even - 30 seconds hollow hold

Conditioning

Every 4 minutes for 5 rounds:
  • ​15 overhead squats (115/85)
  • 10 lateral burpees
  • 5 strict pull ups
