- odd - max reps Sotts press (use either an empty barbell or a pair of light kettlebells)
- even - 30 seconds hollow hold
Conditioning
Every 4 minutes for 5 rounds:
- 15 overhead squats (115/85)
- 10 lateral burpees
- 5 strict pull ups
