Every 3 minutes for 5 rounds:
  • ​8 back squats

*use the first two rounds to work up to a challenging weight, then use that same weight across the last three rounds

Conditioning

AMRAP 12:
  • ​6 strict pull ups
  • 12 box jumps (24/20)
  • 24 kettlebell swings (70/53, Russian)
