Lower Body Endurance

Every 4 minutes for 4 rounds:
  • ​20 overhead lunges (10 steps on each side)

*work up in weight each round, start with something which is already challenging.

Conditioning

AMRAP 15:
  • ​9 deadlifts (155/105)
  • 12 push ups
  • 15 box jumps (24/20)
