Every 3 minutes for 5 rounds:
  • ​2 turkish get ups, left
  • 4 windmills, left
  • 2 turkish get ups, right
  • 4 windmills, right

Conditioning

5 rounds for time and weight:
  • ​15 unbroken push press, you pick the weight
  • 15 toes to bar
*rest 90 seconds after each round
