Conditioning

7 rounds for reps:
  • ​40 seconds max box jumps (30/24, step down)
  • 20 seconds rest
  • 40 seconds max toes to bar
  • 20 seconds rest
  • 40 seconds max dumbbell push press (50s/35s)
  • 20 seconds rest
