USA Weightlifting Announces Development Camps
USA Weightlifting dropped some big news this week in regards to the future of youth weightlifting. USAW has begun the process of implementing development camps in hopes to find the top talent in youth lifters this upcoming year. The plan is to have affiliated clubs hold camps to introduce the sport to those new to weightlifting. Once the programs of the local camps are completed, the top talent will move on to regional and national camps where top coaches will observe them and choose who has the most potential.
