EMOM 12:
2 front squats

*add weight every 3 minutes, work up to a heavy double

Conditioning

4 rounds of AMRAP 4 minutes:
  • ​3 thrusters (115/85)
  • 6 box jumps (24/20)
  • 9 knees to elbows

*rest 1 minute between 4 minute rounds.
