Strength and Strength Endurance

A. 1RM front squat

B. Max reps at 80% of A

C. Max reps at 60% of A

D. 1 front squat at 100% of A

You're gonna go heavy and find your max front squat for the day, tire out your legs a bunch, then try to match it again on your last set. Good luck.
