Strength

Back squat waves

2 rounds of 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 back squats. Start with a heavy set of five (not a max set) and add a little weight across each set. After the heavy single, reset back to your first set of five and repeat the ladder.

Conditioning

AMRAP 12:
  • ​10 toes to bar
  • 20 dumbbell snatch (50/35)
  • 30 double unders
