Strength

EMOM 12:
4 handstand push ups
4 burpees

*both each minute, if you need to scale the handstand push ups up or down, do so

Conditioning

5 rounds for time:
  • ​15 deadlifts (185/135)
  • 12 pistols
  • 9 handstand push ups
