Work up to a 3RM squat
..then..
2x2 back squats at 80% of your 3Rm
Conditioning
3 rounds of:
AMRAP 4 -
400m run
10 kettlebell swings (70/53, USA)
30 double unders
*400m run is the buy in for each 4 minute AMRAP
*rest 2 minutes after each round
