Strength

Pull up ladder

Start at 1 strict pull up, then do 2, then 3, then 4, etc. until you cannot complete the set unbroken. Then start again from 1 and climb the ladder again.

Conditioning

AMRAP 15:
30 toes to bar
60 burpees
90 double unders
