Power
Every 2 minutes for 7 rounds:
3 split jerks
*add weight across each round and work towards a heavy triple
Conditioning
AMRAP 12:
2 overhead squats (115/85)
2 toes to bar
*add 2 reps each round (2/2, then 4/4, then 6/6, etc). climb the ladder until 12 minutes are up.
