The 2017 IWF World Championships are right around the corner and we're starting to get an idea of who will be representing each country on the World Championship stage in Anaheim, California, from November 28 to December 6.

You can find the full list of entries is here and it'll shed some light on who we can expect to see. While the entries list is not the same as the start list, the athletes which get named to actually compete will come from this list.

The top women in the world will be competing against each other with some of Team USA's very own taking the world stage for the first time!

Caitlin Hogan (53, USA) 193 kg entry total

Shu-Ching Jsu (53, TPE) 220 kg entry total

Jessica Lucero (58, USA) 208 kg entry total

Rebekah Koha (58, LAT) 225 kg entry total

Koha has been breathtaking to watch lately and only continues to grow in this sport.

Hsing-Chun Kuo (58, TPE) 240 kg entry total

Lina Rivas Ordonez (63, COL) 235 kg entry total

Mercedes Perez Tigreno (63, COL) 235 kg entry total

Mattie Rogers (69, USA) 239 kg entry total. 

As you can tell by her social media posts, there is no backing down here. Rogers is full force and ready to take on the world stage in just a few weeks!

The 75 kg women’s weight class has three competitors representing Team USA!

2016 Olympian, Sarah Robles (+90, USA) 275 kg entry total

Shaimaa Haridy (+90, EGY) with a 285 kg entry total, making it the biggest entry total in the women’s category overall.
