4x3 tempo front squats at 33X2

3 second negative, 3 second pause, up as quickly as possible, 2 second hold at the top


Conditioning

For time:

25 push ups

50 kettlebell swings (53/35, Russian)

100 double unders

50 kettlebell swings 

25 push ups
