The final event for the 2018 Wodapalooza Fitness Festival has been announced featuring burpees, rope climbs, and thrusters.

The final day of competition for the 2018 Wodapalooza Fitness Festival is here and with all the tight races in each division, every point matters.

The Individuals will have five minutes for the Progenex Bar Complex followed by a one minute rest, then six minutes for the Barbells For Boobs Finale.
