Pull Up Accessory

Accumulate 60 seconds at the top of a pull up

Accumulate 90 seconds in a pull up negative

Accumulate 120 second in an active hang

*go in whatever order you want, rest as needed


Conditioning

3 rounds for time:

8 below the knee hang snatches (135/95)

8 behind the neck snatch grip push presses

8 back rack lunges with the bar

200m farmers walk (53s/35s)
