Weightlifting

Every 90 seconds for 8 rounds:

1 hang power snatch + 1 hang snatch

*work up to 70% in the first three rounds, then use 70-75% in the last 5 rounds


Conditioning

For time:

100 overhead squats (95/65)

*every time you break complete 8 burpee box jumps (24/20)
