Armenia's Simon Martirosyan may have just hit the heaviest hang snatch of all time with this 205kg/451lb lift.

Martirosyan is a youth world record holder, junior world champion, and Olympic silver medalist—and he's still only 21. His heaviest in competition snatch is 197kg at the 2017 Junior European Championships, but it's clear he's got incredible lifts in him.

While this is likely the heaviest hang snatch on video, the second heaviest is probably just as impressive: Klokov's 200kg paused hang snatch in the training hall at the 2015 World Championships.

So which is more impressive?
