Chandler Smith Returns At The 2017 Kill Cliff The Granite Games

Misfit athlete Chandler Smith is back! After losing the tip of his  left ring finger in a work-related accident, Smith returned to competitive CrossFit at the 2017 Kill Cliff Granite Games in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Smith admits that he was nervous before stepping out onto the competition floor for the first event Friday, but found that his lack of a left ring finger didn't hinder his performance. 

It's great to see Chandler Smith back in action. I think we were all disappointed after learning that he wouldn't be competing at regionals and concerned about his future in the sport. After a great showing at the 2017 Kill Cliff Granite Games -- taking second place with his team 'The Comeback Kids' -- I think it's safe to say that Chandler Smith is back.
