Day 1 - Super Total Barbell Event - Saturday the 29th is to crown the baddest mover of the barbell in the Valley with a Super Total, which is an accumulative total of your best efforts of Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Squat, Bench press and Deadlift.
Day 2 - Team CrossFit Competition - On Sunday the 30th, Teams of 3, two men and one female will take on three tests of fitness. All levels encouraged to participate.
