Event 6 did not disappoint. The leaderboard has been yet again turned around and flipped.
We hear you, Emily Bridgers: you’re a boss. With another event win under her belt, Bridgers is comfortably in first place and her ticket to the Games is essentially guaranteed.
The team competition in the Atlantic is over and the top 5 didn’t really change much from Day 1 and didn’t change at all after Day 2. The best five teams in this region showed up early and stayed at the top from the beginning.

The shakeup in Atlantic continues with a set of leaderboard rocking performances in Event 5.
Day 1 of the Atlantic Regionals taught us a few things. Ben Smith is looking to win Regionals, Daniel Petro is making a real claim to make it back to the Games, and Noah Ohlsen was surprisingly on the bubble going into Day 2.
The couple of couplets that make up Events 3 and 4 nearly sank the Games hopes of two of the top 5 going into Day 2.
The first day of Regionals belonged to CrossFit Soul, but day two belonged to 12 Labours Lions.
